While playing with a naked lady puzzle, a teenager is scolded and beaten by his mother. He then kills her and severs her body with an ax. Forty years later, at a university campus in Boston, a serial killer is murdering young women and severing their bodies in parts, stealing limbs from each victim. Lt. Bracken (Christopher George) then infiltrates agent Mary Riggs (Lynda Day George) to pose as a tennis instructor. Then together, with assistance from a student named Kendall (Ian Sera), they try to find the identity of the killer. Also with Frank Brana and Bruce Le (uncredited).
