A young woman is butchered in Dublin. The murderer throws acid in her face and cuts her throat. When her body turns up in the limo of an ambassador (Anton Diffring), ex-cop John Norton (Luigi Pistilli) is called in to solve the case. Complications ensue as Norton begins an affair with the Ambassador's step-daughter, Helen (Dagmar Lassander).
Anton Diffring died at his home in Chateauneuf-de-Grasse, France, of natural causes on May 20, 1989. He was 70 years old.
